St Mary’s Tasmania

Started new job at St Mary’s today. Framed up 2 timber studs walls and sheeted them using 4.5ml cement sheet with H-Mould beading on the joins. This was done to match the existing walls in the house. Some more sheets and beads still to go on then trowel some joins and screw holes and the job will be complete. #plastererstmarystas

Villa Board Ceiling St Helens Tas

New job started today installing Villa Board ceiling at St Helens Tasmania.

The sheets are fixed to 16ml metal battens to carry the weight of the ceiling.

All joins and screws holes will get 3 x coats of specialised exterior plaster product, used for areas where moisture will exist.

Once ceiling is sanded in can be painted and the finished product is a open plan ceiling the client can enjoy for years to come.

Plasterboard On Brick

In the pictures below you can see right at the top the brickwork that these 10ml plasterboard sheets have been adhered too. (Using specialist products)

Now the client did not want the added expense of calling in an Electrician or heat pump specialist to remove heat pump from wall.

So in this example we used specialised plastering beads as you can see around heat pump, to still provide a quality finish for the client at a significantly reduced cost, as no electrician was needed to remove heat pump and re-install from wall.

This is not the finished product as 2 x coats of plaster still remain and the cornice is yet to be installed.

But this is something to think about, an alternative that costs you as the client a lot less.

Regards.
